Photo of the Year 2007

Photo of the Year 2007 is history, and Zoltan Balogh's incredible photo took home top honors.  The Awards Gala was a great success, and the Outdoor School was the big winner.  Through photo submissions, ticket sales and other generous donations, POTY 2007 raised over $10,000 for the MESD Outdoor School.  To put this in perspective, it costs $289 to send one student to Outdoor School for a week.  With your help, we're helping send almost two classes of 6th graders!

Zoltan's photo was taken on the shores of Lake Balaton in Hungary.  It easily won the online voting, and the Awards Gala guests voted it Photo of the Year 2007.  See his photo and all the other finalists and category winners below.
