Photo of the Year 2008 is Complete!

Photo of the Year 2008 is complete, and the winner is Zoltan Balogh from Budapest, Hungary! Sound familiar?  He won POTY 2007 also! Zoltan's dramatic photo of a tortured highway garnered the attention of not only the judges and online voting audience, but also the voters who attended our Awards Gala (which, by the way, was a great success).
