Photo of the Year 2011 - A Decade of Photography!

Photo of the Year 2011 marked a decade of celebrating photos and philanthrophy.

Over the years we've had over 1,000 participants and raised over $100,000 for Multnomah ESD's Outdoor School! Thank you to all of our supporters and friends who have helped make this happen!

This year, our Awards Gala was again held at the Oregon Historical Society, where KWG's Matt Zaffino acted as Master of Ceremonies and led all 250 atendees through the evening's program. At the end of the night, our guests crowned Chan Kwok Hung, of Hong Kong, China, with the Photo of the year 2011! Three of Chan's photos made it into the Top 10, Congratulations Chan!

Here are a few more stats on POTY 2011:

• 1298 photos submitted
• 194 submitting photographers
• Photos submitted from around the world, including Australia, Malaysia, and Russia!
